Responsibilities
Integrates capital planning with our overall financial strategy, including long-term forecasting, cash flow management, and alignment with operating budgets
Leads and develop processes to ensure robust NPV, IRR, Payback, and scenario analysis on key decisions
Presents investment recommendations to Executive Leadership Team
Oversees the full lifecycle of capital projects, from initial planning and budgeting to monitoring expenditures during construction/implementation and post-project performance reviews
Controller for Corporate Segment / Functional cost centers including managing the IT software & investments portfolio
Coaches and develops team of financial analysts
Seeking a candidate with strong desire to drive innovation in core processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
8+ years in finance, with significant progressive responsibility in FP&A, capital budgeting, investment analysis, or related areas
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting)
Advanced Financial Modeling skills
Forecasting/Budgeting
Leadership/Cross-Functional Communication skills
Preferred
MBA preferred but not required
CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar designations are highly valued
