Responsibilities
Act as a Hardware Technical Program Manager, owning delivery and execution across quantum hardware programs
Drive programs across multiple Quantum Hardware stacks within an E2E hardware environment
Partner closely with device, system, and test engineers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable program plans
Support hardware design, development, integration, and test & measurement efforts
Collaborate with customer-facing teams, including government-facing stakeholders
Drive alignment, risk management, execution, and communication across cross-functional technical teams
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
5+ years of relevant experience, including internships and academic research
Strong domain expertise in quantum physics, device physics, semiconductors, and RF systems
Working knowledge of FPGA and ASIC design and development
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience supporting quantum hardware or advanced device platforms
Exposure to ASIC development environments within large semiconductor organizations
Experience across hardware lifecycle phases including design, bring-up, integration, and validation
