Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end creative process — from concept development to launch and optimization
Lead and mentor high-output creative teams, including copywriters, designers, and video producers
Manage the creation of large-scale direct response assets (VSLs, ads, hooks, landing pages, etc.)
Analyze performance metrics to inform and refine creative strategies
Deliver precise, constructive feedback on edits for structure, pacing, and visual narrative
Establish efficient creative processes and tools (e.g., ClickUp, Google Sheets) for scalability
Collaborate with media buyers to optimize based on key metrics like CAC, ROAS, Hook Rate, and AWT
Qualification
Required
Directed creative strategies for top-performing direct response brands (e.g., in health, wellness, or DTC sectors like VShred or Agora)
Oversaw fast-paced creative teams and managed high-volume workflows
Hands-on experience in post-production (video editing, VSL formatting)
Excel at deriving actionable creative briefs from data trends
Prioritize systems, SOPs, and repeatable frameworks over ad-hoc work
Expert in VSL anatomy: hook → lead → body → CTA
Excel in agile, data-driven settings with rapid iteration
