Responsibilities

Support site utilities and facilities operations to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance with environmental and safety standards

Monitor and optimize plant utilities (steam, compressed air, water, HVAC systems)

Assist in preventive maintenance planning and execution

Analyze energy consumption and propose cost-saving initiatives

Collaborate with EHS, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure regulatory compliance

Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for utility systems

Qualification

Technical degree in EngineeringComposite materials experienceAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsInterest in facilities managementProject executionCollaborative workAdaptability

Required

Eligible candidates must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum

Preferred

A technical degree or equivalent vocational qualification in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace), Chemistry or Polymer Science or any other technical related degree

Experience with composite materials

Recent graduate or post-graduate at the start of your career; relevant work experience

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to changing priorities

Interest in facilities management and project execution
