Responsibilities
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks
Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs
Qualification
Required
Experience in coordinating transitions from on-premises systems to cloud-based systems
Ability to monitor staff performance and provide oversight for daily work operations
Experience in resolving operational issues effectively
Ability to manage and report on daily call center operations
Experience in developing and coordinating the implementation of standard operating procedures
Knowledge of ERP cloud systems, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud
Experience in acting as a liaison to agencies and vendors
Ability to manage, develop, and coordinate training for call center staff
Experience in facilitating and documenting meetings related to operations
Ability to organize, direct, and manage complex project tasks
Experience managing teams of personnel at multiple locations
Ability to maintain client interfaces at senior levels
Experience in formulating and reviewing task plans and deliverables
Ability to ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs
