Responsibilities
Providing coverage opinions regarding issues such as bad faith claims, disclaimers of coverage, coverage allocation, and policy interpretation
Litigating extra-contractual and bad faith claims
Monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States
Qualification
Required
At least seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience providing coverage opinions regarding issues such as bad faith claims, disclaimers of coverage, coverage allocation, and policy interpretation
Strong research and writing skills
Experience litigating extra-contractual and bad faith claims
Admission to the Georgia Bar is required
