Landscape Designer / Sales Consultant (Residential & Commercial)

Confidential is an established and growing design-build landscaping company seeking a Landscape Designer / Salesperson who thrives in a sales-driven environment. This role involves meeting with clients, selling landscape solutions, and managing the sales pipeline while also creating and presenting landscape designs and proposals.

Responsibilities

Meet with residential and commercial clients for on-site consultations
Identify client needs, budgets, and timelines and recommend appropriate landscape solutions
Create and present landscape designs, concepts, and detailed proposals
Actively close sales and secure signed contracts
Follow up on warm leads and manage your sales pipeline
Upsell enhancements such as lighting, irrigation, hardscapes, and maintenance services
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Maintain accurate CRM and proposal tracking

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in landscape sales, design-build, construction sales, or related field
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Comfortable selling projects ranging from $5,000-$150,000
Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of landscape design principles and materials
Self-starter who can manage time, appointments, and follow-ups effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

Experience with design software (AutoCAD, Pro Landscape, SketchUp, or similar)
