Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Mosaic Technologies is on a mission to deliver leading-edge technology solutions and is seeking an innovative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to elevate their brand and drive marketing excellence. The CMO will oversee all marketing functions, develop the organization-wide marketing strategy, and collaborate across the company to position Mosaic as an industry leader.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute Mosaic’s organization-wide marketing strategy to support revenue goals and long-term vision
Drive the evolution of Mosaic’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
Partner with the Director of Marketing & Product to design and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and features
Oversee digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email automation, analytics, and website optimization
Lead customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies to support growth and product adoption
Oversee market research to evaluate customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning
Provide executive leadership, coaching, and development to the marketing team
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to track performance and marketing ROI
Manage the marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
Work closely with departments across the organization to align strategies, initiatives, and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
15–20+ years of progressive marketing, sales, or product leadership experience; telecom, broadband, ISP, MSP, or technology industry experience
10+ years of executive or senior marketing leadership experience
Strong background in digital marketing, brand development, product marketing, and customer lifecycle strategy
Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and standard office software
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen
Preferred
MBA or master's degree
