Responsibilities
Support and administer the organization’s ERP platform, including user management and troubleshooting
Write SQL queries, manage data movement, and support internal reporting needs
Coordinate ERP upgrades and collaborate with the software vendor to ensure smooth transitions
Build and deploy reports using SmartViews and support other reporting tools as needed
Set up and configure PCs, tablets, and mobile devices for office and production environments
Partner with an external MSP to escalate server, network, or infrastructure issues
Provide reliable onsite IT support to ensure systems run effectively across all teams
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience working with SQL Server Management Studio, including query writing and data troubleshooting
Experience supporting a manufacturing ERP system (Infor VISUAL experience strongly preferred)
Hands‑on hardware proficiency, including PC and tablet setup and basic networking considerations
Experience with reporting tools (SmartViews, Power BI, or similar)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (VBScript, SQL) is a plus
