This role involves supervising field crews, managing site operations, and ensuring safety and compliance on projects.

Responsibilities
Supervise field crews and subcontractors across construction and environmental remediation projects
Manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Enforce construction safety standards and regulatory compliance
Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets project and regulatory requirements
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project progress and quality
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, or Site Superintendent
Strong background in commercial construction
Experience with environmental construction, remediation, demolition, or abatement projects is a strong plus
Solid understanding of construction safety protocols and quality control practices
Experience managing crews, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site and in-office within the Greater Syracuse–Auburn area
Preferred
Experience with asbestos, lead, or mold abatement
OSHA 30 / OSHA 40 (HAZWOPER) or similar safety certifications
Construction Management or Environmental-related certifications
