Responsibilities
Oversee daily cash operations, ensuring adequate liquidity across international entities and generating multi-currency reports
Direct the establishment and renewal of letters of credit, guarantees, and other financial instruments
Lead risk management for commercial insurance programs, foreign exchange exposure, and interest rate fluctuations
Develop and refine treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance compliance and efficiency
Manage banking relationships and treasury technology platforms to streamline operations
Execute investment strategies to optimize returns while balancing risk tolerance
Monitor credit facility covenants and prepare compliance reporting
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to refine processes and mitigate risks
Partner with internal audit to strengthen order-to-cash and treasury/risk controls for SOX compliance
Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation within the finance team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in treasury, cash management, and insurance risk for a multinational company
Extensive experience with multi-currency environments and financial modeling for complex scenarios
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; ability to collaborate across functions and levels
Proficiency in treasury management systems, e-banking portals, and cash products
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness for limited domestic/international travel as needed
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP certification preferred
