Responsibilities
Content Customization
Customize marketing templates, including flyers, social media posts, newsletters, and email messaging using Canva and Total Expert. Ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with company messaging, as well as maintaining compliance
Social Media Management
Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and YouTube. Schedule and post engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement using the SOCI content management platform
Video Production
Collaborate with mortgage advisors to manage the creation and third-party editing of videos for social media, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to brand guidelines
Client Communication
Design and send personalized messages via email and snail mail, manage client and partner gifting (closing, under contract, anniversary, etc.), enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team, mortgage advisors, and external vendors to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure timely delivery of projects
Tech Systems Implementation
Leverage existing Intercap Lending technology including Monday.com, Encompass, Simple Nexus, ChatGPT, Homebot, and others to implement and optimize marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
Understanding of mortgage terms and concepts
Team-oriented, problem solver
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred
Training in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field is a bonus, but not required
Proficiency in Canva and Monday.com desired, but not required
Proficiency in ChatGPT or AI alternative
