They are seeking a student intern to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support community health improvement initiatives, and assist in maintaining health-related databases.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team across IU departments and rural community partners
Supports Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) process
Assists in maintaining internal CRE Health Grants Database
Networks with other CRE staff and external health community partners and faculty
Attends community partner meetings with the Healthy Hoosier Communities Liaison

Required

Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University
Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by Indiana University

Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Seeking to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy
Highly thorough and dependable
Ability to solve problems

Preferred

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in Public Health, Public Policy, Social Work or any health-related field
