Responsibilities
Purchasing boats for our portfolio inventory, including coordinating pre purchase surveys, logistics and storage
Work with our teams to get inventory market ready for re sale, including listing and marketing photos
Arranging and conducting yacht showings for potential buyers, showcasing features, and highlighting the benefits of each vessel
Work closely with the in-house closing team to oversee and manage the necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements involved in yacht sales transactions
Keeping up-to-date with the yachting market trends, including pricing, availability, and new developments
Building and maintaining a strong network within the yachting industry, including connections with other brokers, yacht builders, suppliers, and service providers
May perform other duties as required by business needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of marine industry experience
Solid experience in sales/brokerage, account development, and customer service
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Organized, self-disciplined, and motivated
