Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for creating detailed reports and collaborating with colleagues
Experience in Project Management to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and support development initiatives
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); familiarity with fundraising software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Data Analysis, or a related discipline; prior experience in fundraising or development is highly beneficial
