Responsibilities
Administer day to day human resources operation, including employee records management, personnel files, and HR systems maintenance
Coordinate recruitment and hiring activities, such as posting job openings, phones screens, coordination of interviews, and coordination of preboarding activities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of required paperwork and system access
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Other duties as assigned
Support SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner
Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action
Qualification
Required
High School education or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative work preferred
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Data entry
Preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative work preferred
Office Suite experience is preferred
Advanced computer knowledge is preferred
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) preferred
Understanding of employment laws and regulations (federal, state, and local)
