Responsibilities
Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for 60 (hourly/salary) employees
Ensure accurate coding of payroll transactions
Set up, process and maintain changes to employee files; process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance
Administer 401(k) through ADP
Assist Payroll and Benefits Manager with benefits including open enrollment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of payroll and human resources experience
Hands on ADP payroll processing
Strong knowledge of 401(k) administration and compliance
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exhibit high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow
