SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to support and maintain secure IT systems in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with DoD compliance frameworks and will be responsible for user onboarding, system access, and day-to-day system administration functions.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support Windows-based systems in a secure environment
Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, including documentation, system hardening, and ongoing compliance activities
Assist with CMMC compliance efforts, audits, and continuous monitoring
Provision and configure new hire computers, including imaging, system setup, and user access
Process and manage System Authorization Access Requests (SAARs) for system and network access
Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts in accordance with security policies
Coordinate and create physical access badges when required
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Apply security patches, updates, and configuration changes as required
Maintain documentation related to systems, procedures, and compliance requirements
Work closely with cybersecurity, compliance, and management teams to ensure secure operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
Must have a current Security+ certification
Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Experience with RMF (Risk Management Framework)
Experience supporting or maintaining CMMC requirements
Strong understanding of DoD security policies and procedures
Experience setting up and deploying new hire computers
Familiarity with SAAR processing and access control procedures
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a secure, compliance-driven environment

Preferred

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
Prior experience in a DoD or government contracting environment
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security tools
Experience supporting audits or assessments (RMF, CMMC, or similar)
Relevant certifications (e.g., Network+, CISSP, or similar)
