Responsibilities
Own Outbound Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients via cold calls—you’ll be the first voice they hear
Book Qualified Meetings: Secure high-quality discovery calls for our senior sales team by showcasing the impact of our solutions
Drive Pipeline Growth: Consistently generate and nurture sales opportunities across targeted US industries
Stay Organised & Insightful: Track outreach activity in our CRM and provide valuable feedback to shape our market approach
Collaborate with the Founding Team/CEO: Work directly with leadership to align sales strategies and close deals faster
Qualification
Required
5+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
proactively source and qualify leads through outbound, events, and conferences
start conversations, uncover pain points, and book meetings and demos
gradually take on demoing, deal ownership, and relationship management as you transition toward an AE role
build and maintain a strong pipeline using Attio CRM
self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for sales
strong teamwork and clear communication
Preferred
tech/SaaS experience
experience working in a small startup environment (Seed or Series A)
