Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support scalable data solutions, APIs, tools, and processes that enable efficient delivery of business capabilities across traditional and modern data platforms
Collaborate with IT application teams, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, information security, and business stakeholders to translate business and technical strategies into data‑driven solutions
Serve as a technical expert in areas such as system and application design, performance, integration, and security
Conduct research and development on emerging trends and technologies related to data engineering, data architecture, data security, AI‑readiness, and industry advancements
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and self‑service deployment tools to support streamlined development and operational processes
Evaluate data and software products and provide documented recommendations to enhance capabilities
Provide support and troubleshooting for data pipelines and platforms, including escalated on‑call support for critical incidents
Participate in planning and executing internal initiatives, including legacy system modernization, data pipeline modernization, monitoring enhancements, and documentation improvements
Optimize and automate data pipelines to improve efficiency, scalability, observability, and performance
Utilize GenAI tools to improve engineering productivity and support data preparation for AI and machine learning use cases
Apply a data product mindset by managing the full lifecycle of data assets, ensuring quality, discoverability, and governance
Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
Manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a dynamic environment
Promote collaboration and continuous learning through cross‑functional initiatives, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
Deliver high‑impact data solutions within Agile teams through close coordination with product owners and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
