Responsible for benefits research and implementation
Managing scheduling conflicts
Initiating and managing background checks
Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates
Employee Relations and vendor management
Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
Maintain HR Systems
Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy
Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation
Qualification
Required
0-1 years previous experience in Human Resources
Strong data skills is essential
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Internships are a plus
Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
