Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver monthly P&L and Balance Sheet (ownership deadline: 15th)
Own journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end checklist
Manage daily income journal posting and variance resolution
Oversee cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and cash controls
Ensure accurate Guest Ledger, City Ledger, and Advance Deposits
Manage sales, occupancy, use, and meal tax filings and payments
Approve and verify payroll, PTO balances, tips, and gratuities
Oversee AP coding, use tax accruals, and invoice documentation
Prepare operating forecasts and cash forecasts (weekly)
Support budgeting, audits, capital expenditures, and ownership reporting
Qualification
Required
Prior director or controllership experience
Experience overseeing a small team
Overseen financials for properties/hotels
