Responsibilities
Execute and manage purchase orders for indirect procurement categories
Analyze vendor quotes, contracts, and reports; communicate insights to stakeholders
Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, and terms
Partner with the IT Vendor Management Office to align procurement with technology needs
Monitor and manage open orders to maximize supplier performance
Contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR minimum of 4 years of direct work experience in procurement
At least 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the electronics industry
Familiarity with standard purchasing practices, BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing documentation
Preferred
Background in semiconductor manufacturing is desired but not required
Excel (Intermediate): Strong ability to use pivot tables and perform data analysis
SAP Ariba: Experience is a plus and will be valued
