Consultant-Talent Acquisition

Indiana University Health is seeking a Consultant-Talent Acquisition to support recruitment for Clinical Specialty roles. This role involves full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and consulting on candidate selection, while also maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment for Clinical Specialty roles throughout the IU Health system
Conduct thorough intake conversations with the hiring leader
Design and post positions
Source, review and screen applicants
Consult on candidate selection
Complete offer processes and maintain business partner relationships with key stakeholders and hiring leaders
Apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure a competitive compensation package
Assist with workforce planning analysis to ensure effective recruiting strategies are in place
Guide leaders in selecting the best talent
Provide team member support and project management support regarding passive candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment data analysis

Required

Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities
Adaptability, time management and problem-solving skills
Experience using various recruiting platforms and applications
Market knowledge in sourcing top talent
Demonstrated use of data and analytics to inform recommendations and experience reporting out to stakeholders
Strong abilities to partner successfully with key stakeholders and build long-term, trusting relationships
Compassion, empathy, professionalism and integrity
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience
Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts
Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system
Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization

Preferred

Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred
Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting preferred
