Responsibilities

Advise on the removal of Payroll functionality from Oracle HCM
Guide required functional and system changes following payroll removal
Define and recommend payroll and HR data to be transmitted from Oracle HCM to ADP
Provide best practices for Oracle HCM–ADP integrations and operating model
Serve as a subject-matter expert throughout the payroll transition
Support business stakeholders by advising on process, data, and system impacts

Required

Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM
Proven experience supporting or leading an Oracle HCM Payroll to ADP migration
Ability to translate system changes into clear business and process guidance

US Citizens or Green Card holders only for this one
