Responsibilities

Drive Grunau's annual growth of our preventive maintenance contracts and other recurring services business
Establish contact with potential qualified buyers of preventive maintenance services by diligently scheduling sales calls, following up on leads quickly after they’re identified, and helping to execute outlined marketing strategies
Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and reviewing your findings with the appropriate customer personnel
Prepare and present effective proposals that offer solutions to mechanical service needs
Contribute to the pricing approach of preventive maintenance agreements
Maintain and report on Grunau's sales business plan and attend monthly sales call
Develop and maintain an active proposal pipeline to support the established sales business plan
Develop caring and enduring customer relationships that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
Support colleagues and other APi Group teams in their initiatives as they relate to your territory and cross-selling opportunities
Lead customer presentations, “lunch and learns

Qualification

Required

3-5 years of experience in direct sales and territory development, or as an HVAC services manager/coordinator
Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
Ability to create and deliver client presentations and respond to questions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Dynamics CRM)
Possess a valid driver's license; in accordance with Company policy
Ability to work effectively collaboratively within a team
May require bending, stooping or kneeling
May require light lifting of storage boxes, packages, etc
Navigate stairs and ladders as needed for access within various facilities
