Qualification
Required
Senior consulting experience within engineering, EPC, or industrial project delivery environments
Strong background in PMO design and project execution models
Proven experience developing operating models and implementation roadmaps
Demonstrated change management expertise in technical or engineering-focused organizations
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive practical, actionable outcomes
