Responsibilities
Support payroll operations by maintaining and updating employee records, running payroll reports, assisting with payroll submissions, and resolving paycheck discrepancies
Assist with billing processes, including preparing and submitting client service agreement requests and updates, verifying time records, managing client hour changes, and following up as needed
Review and maintain accurate client service agreements to ensure compliance and proper billing documentation
Provide basic office support, including setting up new hardware, troubleshooting computer, internet, or network issues, and assisting with general office projects and light administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
6+ months of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, data analysis, or related mathematical duties (internships accepted)
Strong mathematical and financial aptitude with solid attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and business software, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
Ability to create, update, and manage spreadsheet and document files efficiently and accurately
Preferred
Associate's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
