Responsibilities
Support Windows 11 environments including Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
Provide assistance with Citrix VDI and common collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex)
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security groups in Active Directory
Coordinate installation and deployment of hardware/software for onsite and remote users
Troubleshoot business application issues and escalate as needed
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and after-hours support to minimize outages
Use scripting/command line tools (PowerShell, Python, Linux CLI) to improve support efficiency
Own support tickets through resolution with strong communication and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of help desk or desktop support experience (finance industry exposure a plus)
Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work under pressure
Preferred
Technical certifications such as A+, Microsoft, AWS/GCP, or CompTIA preferred
