Responsibilities
Support production applications and infrastructure
Handle incidents, changes, and problems (ITSM)
Use Splunk, Datadog, Grafana to:
Monitor systems
Perform incident triage and root cause analysis
Build and enhance automation using:
Python
Ansible / AWX
Shell / PowerShell
Work with Kubernetes-based platforms
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 6–7 weeks)
Improve reliability through:
Automation
Metrics
Observability
Infrastructure as Code
Qualification
Required
Enterprise production support experience
Experience supporting applications and infrastructure
Strong incident, change, and problem management
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) — hybrid environment
Cloud development using Python
Experience with Automation
Experience with Infrastructure as Code
Tools: Ansible / AWX
Terraform (plus)
Rundeck (plus)
Kubernetes (preferred)
Understanding of containerized workloads
Linux and Windows OS experience
Hands-on with Splunk
Hands-on with Datadog
Hands-on with Grafana / Prometheus
