Responsibilities
Partner with manufacturing sites or functional areas to identify financial opportunities
Report on operational metrics and assist with cost reduction initiatives
Support the development of financial projections, budgets, and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with IT and other leaders for process and system enhancements
Work with external auditors for reviews and audits
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance-related field required
Experience in a manufacturing company or public accounting firm
Independent working capability with a focus on process improvement
Analytical skills to synthesize information and provide recommendations
Deep understanding of financial concepts and principles
Strong communication and numerical proficiency
Experience in a global, multicultural environment with cross-functional collaboration
Expertise in error analysis and teaching quality standards
Familiarity with enterprise resource management and finance systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Preferred experience in renewable energy or technology sectors
International team experience is advantageous
