Designs, implements and administers commodity acquisition strategy. Includes procurement support, commodity business plans, market trends assessment, pricing and product availability. Develops negotiation strategies to create a win-win relationship between the company and suppliers
Assists in identifying new, high potential suppliers
Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities
Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors
