Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience
Own full-cycle recruiting for contract roles, and assist on recruiting for fulltime positions
Lead full-cycle recruiting and management for our internship program
Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee logistics to ensure timely, consistent momentum for both candidates and hiring teams
Utilize various diversity job platforms to post job descriptions and source candidates
Ensure in-person interview days are seamless — greeting candidates, prepping rooms, and supporting logistics onsite
Assist with planning and logistics for recruiting and DEI events to strengthen Morning Brew Incs employer brand
Collaborate with People Ops on delivering L&D programs and advancing DEI initiatives
Assist with weekly recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to help the VP of TA identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring processes
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
Deep appreciation for people, culture, and values
Ability to work four days per week in our New York City office
