This high-visibility role involves overseeing the operational lifecycle of client accounts and serving as the primary liaison between Business Development, Trading, and Operations.

Responsibilities
Act as the lead operational contact for the Business Development team to initiate and drive the onboarding process
Manage internal onboarding workflows across all operational teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and deliverables
Oversee system setup, account tagging, and complex configurations within firm-wide systems
Design and implement Net Asset Value (NAV) logic across relevant systems to ensure accurate reporting and valuation
Partner closely with the Trading Desk on NAV logic, leverage facilities, broker setups, ramp plans, and the design of non-standard operational processes
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of special reporting requirements for bespoke client mandates
Manage formal account offboarding and deactivation procedures
Oversee custody and prime brokerage account migrations and transitions
Coordinate operational requirements for CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) closings
Manage the operational execution of capital inflows and outflows across the platform
Establish and maintain robust operational alerts and control mechanisms to ensure platform integrity
Qualification
Required
9+ years of experience in a fund onboarding, implementations, or senior operations role, specifically within a buy-side institution (Hedge Fund or Private Credit firm preferred)
Deep understanding of the credit universe, including leveraged loans, structured products, and private credit
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate all organizational levels, from junior staff to C-suite executives and Portfolio Managers
Proven ability to manage high-pressure, cross-functional projects with meticulous attention to detail
Experience with complex NAV logic and the systems architecture typical of a multi-strategy credit platform
