Responsibilities
Lead and support experience benchmarking and usability testing for Salesforce solutions
Analyze user and channel behavior to inform design and system decisions
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights
Develop user personas and end-to-end journey maps
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve experience or process gaps
Contribute to experience blueprinting and value modeling initiatives
Facilitate design thinking workshops and stakeholder co-creation sessions
Synthesize research findings and present insights to business and IT partners
Create and iterate on storyboards and conceptual designs
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery to ensure user-focused Salesforce outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supporting Human-Centered Design (HCD) initiatives within Salesforce environments
Strong knowledge of HCD methodologies (e.g., design thinking, experience blueprinting, insight synthesis)
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce workflows, functionality, and UX best practices
Experience conducting usability testing and research-driven design validation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Proficiency with Figma and Salesforce Lightning Design System
