Responsibilities
Work inside a game environment powered by AI, and help ensure the characters feel natural, engaging, and emotionally consistent
Review and improve AI generated dialogue, quests, and character interactions
Create new storylines, character personalities, and story arcs
Evaluate tone, humor, and narrative intent
Help shape how the game’s AI characters think, speak, and respond
This is creative, judgment-based work
Qualification
Required
Enjoy reading, writing, and crafting dialogue
Have a strong sense of tone, emotion, and nuance
Are detail-oriented and comfortable following structured guidelines
Learn new tools and workflows quickly
Creative writing, copywriting, or content creation background
English, journalism, communications, or media background
Psychology, philosophy, or behavioral science background
Game design or game development background
Analytical or technical backgrounds with strong attention to detail
