IT Service Desk Analyst ** Largely Remote **
Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm seeking an accomplished IT Service Desk Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide desktop support to end-users while maintaining secure and confidential information and ensuring high customer service objectives in all operations of the Service Desk.
Responsibilities
Providing desktop support to end-users
Maintaining secure and confidential information
Familiar with specific IT policies and Medical Center regulations
Balancing technical knowledge and skill with a high level of customer service objectives
Resolving or appropriately escalating issues
Assisting with maintaining the Knowledge Base (KB)
Communicating technical concepts effectively in both written and oral
Applying advanced technical knowledge as well as application access to resolve application problems
Acting as a mentor to junior level staff
Handling more complex internal escalations
Ensuring that team service levels are met
Flexible with scheduling and willing to work nights, weekends, and with on-call rotations
Qualification
Required
1+ years IT Support roles
Contact Center experience, Customer Support expertise
Health setting support a plus
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Mac OSX support a plus
Familiarity with network troubleshooting, general software troubleshooting
Written and oral communication expertise
Preferred
A+ cert in support
HDI Certifications (Support Analyst)
ITIL Certs/familiarity
