Responsibilities
Apply high volumes of daily cash receipts accurately and timely
Handle chargebacks, discrepancies, and payment disputes
Research and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash
Work across multiple customer portals and systems
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Manage time effectively while balancing work across multiple companies and systems
Collaborate closely with AR leadership and team members
Qualification
Required
Extensive high-volume cash applications experience
Strong experience handling chargebacks and disputes
Solid Excel skills (spreadsheets, reconciliation, tracking)
Experience working within customer portals
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work across multiple companies and 3 systems simultaneously
Preferred
Banking background
Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications Analyst, or similar AR experience
