Responsibilities
Communicate with clients about the mortgage approval process, qualifications, and programs
Coordinate with our team to complete loan files
Manage a client database to generate applications—no cold calling required
Attend weekly team trainings and participate in a variety of industry education sessions
Learn the full mortgage process from lead to close in a supportive, low-pressure environment
Qualification
Required
Must obtain NMLS license required before start, contact for details
Interest in the field of business management/ marketing/ sales/ finance
Ability to work with cloud based technologies, web platforms and MS Office products, outgoing personality; ability to communicate with clients via phone and in person
Ability to pass background and compliance testing, as well as licensing testing
Basic mathematical skills required, advanced mathematical abilities helpful
Preferred
Finance and/or client relationship background preferred, but not required
