Intern3.1 Phillip Lim is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Wholesale Sales intern to join them for the Spring 2026 semester and the upcoming Fall 26 Market Week. The intern will assist with various tasks related to market preparation and management, ensuring a successful market week experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare clinic materials such as: seasonal buy-layouts, lookbooks, visual merchandising guide and product knowledge package
Help dress mannequins and set up showroom before market starts and flip showroom back to retail space after market finishes
Assist with high volume sample management for Domestic and International sets (cross functional task between sales and press)
Assist with market related tasks to ensure the team has a successful market week
Help team members with flat shot shoot and buying guide shoot before market starts
Maintain visual standards of showroom and back of house assistance with model dressing with detail and precision
Replenish line sheets, look books, stationery, model supplies and market snacks
Shadowing/assisting team members during appointments
Work on Buying Guide, images renaming, sample shipments and other administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Commitment to 3-4 days/week or more
Proficient in Microsoft office/ Excel
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Detail-oriented
Proactive & a team player
Proficiency at Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask with a positive work attitude
Preferred
Prior experience in luxury or contemporary wholesale sales is encouraged but not required
