TurnTime Transport is a nationwide transport brokerage that specializes in helping dealerships transport cars across the country. They are looking for a motivated logistics/customer service professional to join their operations team. The role involves dispatching carriers, ensuring customer service, and maintaining data integrity in work orders and records.

Responsibilities
Work with carriers and ensure high level of customer service
Dispatch outside carriers to meet the daily customer orders
Enter and update work orders, vendor profiles, & database records; ensure data integrity
Collect and import documents related to business transactions
Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
Communicate with drivers and shipping personnel to ensure orders are properly loaded on time
Report carrier issues such as delays, scheduling conflicts, and safety concerns
Document shipment status across multiple database platforms
Provide clear, timely and accurate communications
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Able to type 30-40 words per minute
Ability and willingness to assist all aspects of operations
Ability to multi-task and think outside the box
Ability to navigate multiple software programs
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Works well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in the logistic/transportation industry is preferred
Knowledge of transit times and DOT regulations (United States and Canada)
