Responsibilities

Supporting faculty in reviewing and finalizing curriculum and assessment materials
Coordinating recruitment efforts for coaches and program participants
Liaising with nonprofit partners to identify and confirm program participants
Monitoring project timelines and ensuring all program milestones are met
Assisting with event planning for the Changemakers Summit at Villanova (Spring 2026)
Preparing status updates and documentation for faculty and program stakeholders

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeProject managementDigital project management toolsNonprofit experienceResearch skillsProfessionalismWriting skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel
Strong organizational and project management skills
Capacity and interest to learn skills in research, writing, and collaboration
Professionalism when working with community partners, nonprofit leaders, and University officials

Preferred

Demonstrated experience working with nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, or university-community partnerships, especially in a project coordination or administrative support role
Experience using digital project management or collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable, or Microsoft Teams) to track tasks, manage deadlines, and facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to draft clear correspondence, meeting summaries, and progress reports for diverse audiences, including faculty, nonprofit leaders, and program participants
