Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Microsoft Surface and Windows release builds, including validation processes, deployment automation, and technical documentation
Customize and manage Windows OS builds, including branding, provisioning logic, and integration with Windows Autopilot and Azure Active Directory
Oversee the full lifecycle of Windows devices from provisioning through retirement; experience with iOS, iPadOS, and macOS device management is a plus
Package and deploy enterprise applications using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT), ensuring automation, version control, and rollback capabilities
Create and manage Intune Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Microsoft Defender settings, firewall rules, and other MDM controls
Implement automated solutions to enforce compliance policies and streamline Intune policy deployment
Design and support certificate-based authentication solutions using SCEP and NDES for both user and device scenarios
Provide third-line (L3) engineering support for escalated issues related to Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Windows OS
Identify, document, and implement workarounds for known issues while continuously improving operational workflows
Perform proactive monitoring, health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning to ensure scalable and reliable Intune services
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to support endpoint hardening and reduce risk exposure
Implement and monitor patch management and vulnerability remediation strategies aligned with security best practices
Develop and maintain a structured knowledge base, including technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and end-user support articles
Leverage PowerShell scripting for automation, application packaging, system configuration, and operational efficiency
Develop and execute test plans to validate new features, updates, and configurations prior to production rollout
Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend endpoint management improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to enhance user experience and drive innovation
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting continuous learning and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Windows OS environments
Ability to design, support, and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions
Experience in developing and maintaining Microsoft Surface and Windows release builds
Knowledge of customizing and managing Windows OS builds, including branding and provisioning logic
Experience overseeing the full lifecycle of Windows devices from provisioning through retirement
Ability to package and deploy enterprise applications using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)
Experience creating and managing Intune Configuration Profiles and Compliance Policies
Ability to implement automated solutions for compliance policies and Intune policy deployment
