Qualitest is seeking a Business Analyst Lead with strong experience in loan origination system migrations to join their team immediately. In this fully remote position, you will play a critical leadership role in a high-impact system migration project, helping a client transition from a legacy system to a modern LOS platform while independently driving all BA activities.

Defining the BA approach and owning all key deliverables, including data mapping, BRD, and use cases
Independently drive all BA activities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment
Lead the business analysis function from discovery to delivery

Required

Proven experience serving as a Business Analyst on large-scale system migration projects, preferably involving Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Strong domain expertise in banking, financial services, or credit union operations, with a solid understanding of industry processes and regulatory considerations
Demonstrated leadership in implementing and guiding Business Analysis best practices within cross-functional teams and complex project environments

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Correlation Keystone LOS or other legacy LOS platforms
Experience supporting or working within financial institutions or credit unions during system transitions or digital transformation projects
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
