Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end legal support for product and feature launches, from early product conception through enterprise and consumer launch
Manage and respond to ad hoc legal requests through an intake system, prioritizing, routing, and resolving matters efficiently
Advise on privacy issues and global regulatory frameworks impacting cloud and digital products, including evolving requirements across multiple regions
Support initiatives involving generative AI, financial services, and other high-impact, regulated or emerging technology areas
Primarily support Workspace products while also assisting other Cloud product counsel teams as needed
Work directly with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to assess risk, enable innovation, and support timely launches
Qualification
Required
Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing
Mid to senior-level experience
Strong product counseling and launch experience
Background in privacy and regulatory law
Ability to work independently in high-volume environments
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Preferred
Experience with AI, cloud, or emerging tech products
Knowledge of global privacy frameworks
Experience in large, matrixed tech organizations
Intake and triage model experience
