Responsibilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects
Lead the project(s) from beginning to end, from initial proposal through completion
Provide our clients with innovative high quality solutions focused on their business needs
Build and manage the project team
Schedule assignments
Monitor and review deliverables of project teams
Ensure successful delivery and implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 13 years of Information Technology experience
This position may require extensive travel (or) relocation to project locations

Preferred
At least 13 years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs
At least 13 years of SAP engagement and project management experience
Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles
Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
Hands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs required
Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk
Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation
Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management
Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
