Responsibilities
Evaluate new or modified processes and equipment to ensure EHSS compliance
Serve as the primary EHSS representative for assigned projects, providing safety engineering reviews
Conduct regular assessments of safety procedures and training for operators
Review project documents, including process diagrams and design drawings, for EHSS input
Lead complex risk assessments using techniques like HAZOP and FMEA
Implement and support technical safety programs and drive process improvements
Qualification
Required
Degree in safety, industrial hygiene, or related engineering fields
Strong project engineering and risk assessment experience
Familiarity with pharma/biotech regulations
Proven leadership in EHSS within manufacturing or lab environments
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Proficiency in learning project-related software systems
