Responsibilities

Lead and mentor junior developers
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design and develop complex applications
Hands-on coding using Java, Spring Boot, Informatica, PL/SQL, and shell scripting
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality
Create technical documentation and sequence diagrams
