Responsibilities

Lead market research and competitive intelligence initiatives to guide product strategy, portfolio prioritization, and business development
Develop and manage research plans (qualitative and quantitative) with emphasis on oncology & cell therapy markets
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, providing timely insights on emerging therapies, clinical data, and market dynamics
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Clinical, and Corporate Development teams to align on strategic insights and implications
Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Manage vendor relationships and budgets to ensure high-quality, data-driven deliverables

Required

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, PharmD) in a life science or business discipline required
10+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic planning within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Strong background in oncology and/or cell therapy markets required
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate insights to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Strong track record of integrating primary and secondary data insights leading to actionable recommendations
Legal eligibility to work in the United States is required

Preferred

Working knowledge of relevant secondary data (i.e. claims data)
Experience designing or supporting secondary analytics to generate strategic insights and recommendations
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
