Prospecting and networking to grow your portfolio
Building your brand as an expert leader
Oversee daily operations of residential properties to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, liaising with contractors and vendors to uphold property standards
Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and conflict resolution
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively
Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including vacancy advertising and showing properties
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and relevant laws in California
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and owners
Proficiency in property management software
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflict professionally
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes to coordinate with contractors and service providers
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Certification such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) is a plus
